Under their coaching and training, we could stay in compliance and navigate changing federal policies for our students.
ECCE undoubtedly serves as the wind beneath our children's wings. I love them.
Tiffany was able to come in, work her magic, and get things right on track for my daughter.
Meet the Founder
Tiffany D. Johnson: Educator. Advocate. School Leader. Consultant.
With more than 20 years of experience in education and school leadership, Tiffany D. Johnson understands education from every angle: the classroom, special education, school leadership, and family advocacy.
Based in the Baltimore metropolitan area, Tiffany built her career serving students and families throughout Baltimore City Public Schools. With an educational foundation from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) and Johns Hopkins University, she has served as an educator, special education leader, administrator, and school principal, giving her firsthand knowledge of how educational systems work and, more importantly, where families can sometimes get lost within them.
That experience is the foundation of Every Child Counts Educational Services (ECCES).
Tiffany believes families shouldn't have to become education experts just to make sure their child receives the support they deserve. She also understands that schools need strong systems, knowledgeable teams, and practical tools to turn good intentions into meaningful results for students.
Through ECCES, she helps families understand their rights, find their voice, and advocate for educational plans that reflect their child's actual needs. At the same time, she partners with schools and organizations to strengthen special education practices, staff training, compliance, family engagement, and systems of support.
Why ECCES Is Different
We've experienced education from multiple sides of the table. ECCES understands the needs of children, the concerns of families, and the realities facing educators and school leaders.
